Secretary, Treasurer and Founding Partner. Kent is a hybrid of two retail floral families. His mother’s family founded Higdon Flowers and his father’s family founded Capitol Hill Florist and Gifts, Inc. in 1932. Kent has worked in the floral industry his entire life, and he and his wife Cindy, assumed control of Capitol Hill in 1990. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
